Serenity Rose AFH is an independently owned adult family home in Spokane, where a small number of residents receive attentive, around-the-clock care in a comfortable residential setting. We are licensed and accredited by the State of Washington and take that responsibility seriously in everything we do. Our focus is individualized care for adults with complex needs, with support tailored to each resident's daily routines and care requirements.

As a senior care provider, we offer elderly care and daily senior support, assisting with everyday activities, companionship, and household routines. With specialized experience in Alzheimer's care and dementia care, we help residents stay safe and grounded through familiar routines and consistent support. For adults living with cognitive or developmental challenges, our developmental disability care promotes independence, safety, and participation in daily life.

For residents with complex medical needs, we provide diabetes care, medication assistance, and feeding tube care, along with skilled nursing tasks to help keep necessary support available under one roof. When serious illness requires a comfort-focused approach, our palliative care centers on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. During the final stages of life, we also provide end-of-life care, supporting residents while offering guidance and reassurance to the people who love them.
