Services. Serenity Rose AFH provides Dementia Care, Developmental Disability Care, Diabetes Care, Elderly Care, End-Of-Life Care, Medication Assistance, Alzheimer’s Care and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://serenityroseafh.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Serenity Rose AFH or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Serenity Rose AFH reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Serenity Rose AFH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Serenity Rose AFH arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Serenity Rose AFH harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WA for any related dispute.
